The Lion Creek flows through our wine estate. In the old days the lions used to come from the mountains to the creek to cool themselves and drink water.
Considering that the lion is synonymous with Africa and deserves to be glorified, we have felt the need to give our Lion Creek wines a face to the name. Our labels feature an outstanding, eye-catching and dramatic design.
These pleasing, everyday drinking wines have a modern contemporary look and highlight the diversity of our wine making skills.
Cabernet Sauvignon
This blend is deep ruby in colour with a purple rim showing its youthfulness.
Matured in in 300 ltr used French oak barrels. The nose shows aromas of black cherry and blackcurrant with some peppery hints and slightly savoury undertones. The juicy fruit flavours continue on the palate and are supported by silky tannins.
